I am checking the system updates and getting this error "Unable to check updates". What should I do now?


If you are getting this error with the following error codes: OT-100, OT-102, OT-103, OT-104, OT-105, OT-106, OT-107, OT-108, OT-109 while checking the system update, please make sure your OSNtv box is connected to internet.
