I have purchased content(s) but its not downloading on my OSN box. What should I do?

If your purchased content isn't appearing on your box, you'll need to check your internet connection. To perform internet speed test, please follow the following steps:
Go to 'Menu' on your remote control.
Choose 'Settings'.
Choose 'System setup'.
Insert Pin code.
Select 'Installation setup', then 'IP setup'.
Make sure your DHCP is = Yes, then press the Green button for testing connection.
Also, please ensure that there is sufficient hard disk space.
