If I am a Platinum Plus with a second subscription/Get It All with Multi-room and I have 2 OSN Plus HD boxes. Do I need to buy the same content twice?

Unfortunately, yes you do. A movie or series that you download will only be available on the box where you made your purchase and will not be visible on any of your additional boxes.
