I can’t find my OSN bill on SADAD, what should I do?

If you can't find your OSN bill through SADAD's payment channels, don't worry! Your OSN bill will only show on SADAD once it has been updated by us.
Here's a breakdown of a payment frequency that will help you:
A 12-month bill will appear 90 days before your payment date on SADAD.
A 6-month bill will appear 60 days before your payment date on SADAD.
A 3-month bill will appear 30 days before your payment date on SADAD.
Monthly bills will appear 15 days before your payment date on SADAD.
***Note: Once your bill is added to SADAD, an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number and voila, you can pay your bill immediately after! If you are not able to find the bill after receiving the SMS, then please contact your local customer care center and they'll be happy to help.
