As an existing customer, will I lose my current benefits if I choose to move to a new pack?


We would love nothing more than for you to get all the benefits from your OSN subscription, unfortunately, we design each pack with certain benefits that might no longer be available or cannot be transferred to any of our new packs. However, we will always do our best to provide you with the package option that you prefer and our customer care team are available on your local number to help you.

Moreover, if you are subscribed under a corporate scheme, all corporate deals have since changed and you will be notified of your arrangement by your company.
