A ‘Code 14’ error keeps appearing on my screen. What does this mean?


If a "code 14" error message keeps persisting on your screen, please ensure your smartcard number is identical to the smartcard number in the sticker on the rear panel of your box.

Alternatively, please try to reboot your OSN box (unplug, then re-plug the box from the power supply).

If none of these option prevail, kindly contact your local customer care center and they'll walk you through the necessary procedure.
