Can I record two channels at the same time?
Yes, of course! Tune in to the channel you wish to record and press R, to record another channel at the same time switch to that channel and press R. Please note, while recording both channels you will have to remain tuned in to one of the channels and cannot tune in to a third channel.
Why are my downloads very slow?
When you buy or rent a title from OSN Store or On Demand it will download to My Playlist & Download Manager. If the download time is slow, check your internet connection and make sure you aren't downloading multiple titles at the same time.
Can I record Free-To-Air channels?
Yes, of course! As long as the channel is listed on our On-Screen TV Guide, then you can record it at no extra cost. You can also use Time Based Recording to record your content.
