How can I pay for my Premium Warranty plan?

You can pay for your Premium Warranty plan with your Credit Card. If you use the Direct Debit payment option, you will need to change it to include your Premium Warranty Plan.

Can I add Premium Warranty during my initial warranty period?

Yes, you can. Your plan will begin only after your OSN warranty expires. However, under the Free Warranty period you can add the new Premium Warranty product that covers re-installation which is not covered under the initial warranty.

How many OSN boxes are covered by Premium Warranty?

A Premium Warranty plan covers your primary subscription box and any secondary subscription box that comes with it, if applicable.

What equipment does my Premium Warranty plan cover?

Your Premium Warranty plan covers: OSN box replacement in your home.  Your dish.  Your remote control.  Your cabling.
