You'll need to go to one of your OSN channels and send an activation signal to your OSN smartcard.
- Sign in to your account or click Register to sign up for the service.
- Select Support.
- Select the correct error code appearing on the screen.
- Select Smartcard Number.
- Select Send Signal.
- Wait 20 minutes without changing the channel.
