For Credit Card and Direct Debit Payers, you must call your local customer care center a month before your payment date to submit your cancellation request. Secondly, a member of our specialized team will contact you within 48 working hours - you must answer the call to give consent to your request.
For Standing Order Payers: the same process applies, however, you must cancel the standing order through your bank to stop future payments.
For Cash Payers: A cancellation request is not necessary, our service will automatically stop at the end of the paid period.
